The series follows the rise of Abdel Ghaffour Al Boraai from the bottom of the society until he becomes the wealthy owner of a prosperous business. While enjoying his financial successes he falls in love with Fatma, Abla Kamal a Koshary seller. Fatima returns his feelings. they married and together they have one son Abdel Wahab , Mohammed Riyad and four daughters, Sania, Bahira, Nafisa, and Nazira .
